We don't print until you love your proof — that's your guarantee. Because each piece is made just for your pet, orders are final once the proof is approved, but we'll keep refining beforehand until it's perfect.

One clear, well-lit photo where your pet is facing the camera works best — a relaxed shot at their eye level is ideal. Phone photos are perfect. The sharper the original, the better the result.

Proofs are sent within 2 business days of ordering. Once approved, your framed portrait ships in 3-5 business days. We produce and ship everything from our Florida studio. Shipping is free with all orders within the US.
