Pet Creations Art Processing Time:
Usually, it takes us 2-3 business days to create the artwork.
ATTENTION: 24 HOURS TO APPROVE ARTWORK. It will take us 2-3 days to create your digital artwork. Once completed, we will email you the artwork. You will have the option to request changes, or you can APPROVE right away. ANY CHANGE REQUESTS HAVE TO BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS otherwise, your order will be auto-approved by our system.
IMPORTANT: Requesting changes does put your art in the back of the line, so fulfillment does take a bit longer.

Sallie or Sophia will have an art preview to you in 24-72 hours after you have placed your order. (May take up to 5 days during peak times) We would rather you receive your canvas slightly later and be happy with it than receive it quicker and be disappointed.
To ensure that you receive your products safe and efficiently, we use the most reliable couriers. We use FedEx/DHL Standard to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner.
