Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders we have received, we will no longer be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
The entire Pet Creations team is working relentlessly to process orders in record times but it as it stands, our canvas previews are taking between 3-5 days to be emailed across and another 5-7 days for your canvas to be made and delivered.
The process for drawing each pet is extremely time consuming with each pet taking hours to draw. We are focused on quality over quantity so we do not want to rush this process.
On top of that given the worldwide pandemic we need to take the necessary precautions in our warehouse to ensure the safety of our team.
If you need your order sooner, please get in touch and we can see what we can do to speed this up.
We are still aiming to have as many orders delivered before Christmas as possible but many orders placed from now are likely to arrive early January 2022.
We can deliver to your door, place of work or a neighbour and we will do our best to help with any additional requests.
